One caveat to look out for is that the Keluarga Malaysia Pass can only be used on weekends and public holidays. Users of the pass can hop between the LRT, MRT, Monorail, and BRT throughout Klang Valley for the entire day, but the pass is not applicable for Rapid KL busses.
This pass can be purchased for RM15 and can be used for a group of up to four people, meaning that each person only pays RM3.75 for unlimited rides. According to comments in Rapid KL’s Facebook post, the pass can be purchased at any of their stations starting from 1 December. Meanwhile, the monthly My30 Unlimited Travel Pass, which has benefited almost 1 million commuters, is set to expire by the end of the year. However, commuters can expect a price increase next year as it was revealed during the tabling of Budget 2022 that the My50 Unlimited Travel Pass which costs RM 50 per month will make a return once again.
