Overall, the system requirements for Monster Hunter Rise is very similar to what World needed to run, at least for the recommended specs. That being said, the newer game does ask for newer processors for this as well. But for the minimum, the game generally wants newer processors and graphics cards, even if they’re of the lower end. Storage space required goes into the opposite direction, as it only needs 23GB of space, where World needed 48GB. But to go over the actual specs, at minimum the game wants either an Intel Core i3-4130 or i5-3470, or an AMD FX 6100 for a CPU. For graphics, the list involves an Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 or AMD Radeon RX 550. Going up to recommended specs, we’re looking at an Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD FX 8300 for the CPU, and an Nvidoa GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 570 for graphics. Unfortunately, much like World, Monster Hunter Rise will not have cross progression and cross play. So if you’ve already spent 200 hours into the Switch version, you’ll likely be staying there unless you have more friends planning to jump on the PC version than the Nintendo device. In the meantime, you can download the demo to see if the game agrees with your system. Though it’s worth noting that it may not be an accurate representation. (Source: Steam)
