When it comes to aesthetics, it is rather to differentiate them apart as first and foremost, they are draped in different colourways. Additionally, the MagicBook 14 also features a blue-coloured outline on its lid.
While the new laptop made a stop at our HQ for a few hours, we were not allowed to test its performance. Then again, given the similarities of the hardware that HONOR has equipped into both laptops including the AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processor, I do not think that there are huge differences between them anyway. The hardware similarities kind of irked a part of me a little bit since I do wish that HONOR would release the MagicBook 14 with an AMD Ryzen 4000 series processor, as opposed to having same chip from its predecessor which was just released in Malaysia two months ago.
Meanwhile, I’m also wondering how much will HONOR price the MagicBook 14 in Malaysia since the predecessor was released in our market for RM 2299. Well, do stay tuned as the company will reveal that information in just a few days.
