When the game was officially unveiled in September 2020, most have speculated that the game will certainly be made available on last and current generation consoles as well as on PC. Naturally, the possibility of Hogwarts Legacy making its way on the Switch was thought to be unlikely, as the title has been shown to feature high-end graphics that may exceed its hardware capabilities. Of course, this isn’t the first time that supposedly demanding games have been ported over to the console. Chief of which being the original 2016 Doom reboot and its sequel Doom: Eternal, as well as other titles such as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and The Witcher 3. Like the aforementioned games, Hogwarts Legacy’s availability on the Switch also means that you can continue your progress wherever and whenever you like, thanks to its portability feature.
