What made the GrabCar rental service different from the standard GrabCar offering is that customers are paying for the service by hour basis. Throughout their rental duration, customers can make unlimited stops and the rental fee already inclusive of the driver as well as fuel fees. Another thing that made the rental service different from the standard GrabCar service is that it is available only from 9AM to 8PM instead of 24 hours. Even though the rental service is only available in KLCC for now, customers apparently are able to travel throughout Klang Valley via the service. If they choose to go to Genting Highlands or KLIA/KLIA2, there will be additional surcharge though. At the time this article is published, Grab has yet to update its website with information regarding GrabCar rental for Kuala Lumpur.
