Launched globally just over a month ago, the X-T30 comes with a 4th-generation 26.1MP X-Trans sensor paired with the X-Processor image processor. It shares the same body design as the previous X-T20 as well as the weight at only 383 grams (minus the lens, of course).
Other outstanding features include 4K/30fps video recording, 10-bit 4:2:2 output via HDMI and 8-bit 4:2:0 for internal recording which is perfect for budding videographers. There is also 120fps recording at 1080p for slow-motion video. Fujifilm also added an AF joystick to replace the D-Pad, USB 3.1 Type-C and Bluetooth for data. The tilt 3-inch touch screen will help in composing shots. The recommended retail price for the X-T30 is RM 3,888 for the body only, and RM 5,488 for the kit with the 18-55mm F2.8-4 lens. Two colours will be available intially – Black and Silver. A third option, Charcoal Silver, will be available by the third quarter of 2019.
