While the 3rd gen AirPods do feature an H1 chip just like the higher-end Pro model, they do not come with an Active Noise Cancellation feature though. Nevertheless, they still offer Adaptive EQ and spatial audio support alongside IPX4 rating, MagSafe Charging Case, and up to 6 hours of listening time or 30 hours if you take the case into account. As mentioned in our earlier report, Apple has yet to reveal the launch date of the 3rd gen AirPods for Malaysia. That being said, Apple Malaysia’s website has already listed the new earbuds for RM829 which is noticeably higher as compared to their USD179 (~RM745) price tag in the United States. Meanwhile, Apple has also reduced the pricing for the 2nd gen AirPods in Malaysia. Originally launched in 2019 for RM699, one can now obtain the earbuds for RM589. On another hand, the AirPods Pro price in Malaysia remains RM1,099 but Apple has now switched the original charging case to the newer MagSafe Charging Case.
